Chinese Ministry of Commerce, As an individual living in Switzerland, few months ago I bought a Chinese Sideboard from one of Chinese manufacturer via his website. I paid him more than USD 1000.-for that item on March 2009.Few weeks ago the sideboard arrived in Geneva/Switzerland totally damaged and NOT USABLE AT ALL. That happened because of negligent behavior of the manufacturer to properly package the sideboard. According to shipping company this issue is under entire responsibility of the the manufacturer/supplier and he has to replace the So I contacted my Chinese supplier and sent him picture of damaged item but unfortunately after nearly a month he has been taking no action in the right direction! please how can I benefit from your expertise on this matter to find a solution on this issue and how can I officially make complaint to Chinese authorities about that. I ordered a MAC computer online, on this site: http://ggfor.com/ The people there, prepared a contract for this purchase which seemed to be real and which I signed (I have a copy). I paid by bank transfer, so I know the name and the account number of the person who received the money. I had good communication during 3-4 weeks through this e-mail address: "www.ggfor.com" They pretended that they did not received the money. I checked with my bank and with the Chinese bank and I have the confirmation that the money was received.
