Dear Sir / Madam. I am a small UK business owner (hair extensions and hair products) who exports products China, and have done for 2 years now. My business model is based upon good quality hair extensions and speed of delivery and I supply end users and salons across the UK. I was contacted (I get many of these daily ) by a Chinese company called Qingdao Future Hair Co Ltd.who seemed very professional (LTD company) and sent me some great samples of the correct quality I was looking for. I ordered a small order which was great , good hair, very nice, so I ordered another batch , this too was great. Monica of the company informed me their production was usually much greater per customer (based on weight per colour produced) , than I was ordering ,so (based upon the samples and previous orders of hair ) I ordered $30,000 worth of hair extensions them. My order was for the same hair as previously orders of ''Human Chinese Remy hair '' Within around a week of sending out hair to customers this batch I was being contacted by salons and end user customers who were complaining of the hair matting , and drying up in a ball after 1 wash!!. Unfortunately what I received was not in the slightest like the hair of previous orders, and I am now swamped with UK customers complaining . I have contacted the company, their response was that the end users were all mistreating the hair.(as I mentioned many of my customers are professionals)Their response now is that actually there is no ''official standard'' of hair , my response is that I ordered the same product as per the sample and small order ,(Remy human Chinese hair) but this is not what was sent. We have paid a substantial sum to begin production on three stainless steel parts, but have only received a portion of non-conforming material. Parts are not in accordance with specifications agreed to and Rongbei refuses to return our repeated calls or emails. Contacting their legal representative, Mr. Weidong Cheng, he has informed us that he has no interest in taking any action related to this matter. Their employee, Mr. Mark Xu, is the person responsible for contacting potential customers and convincing them that Rongbei can provide quality product and services. It would be in your ministry''s best interests to contact my office directly for more information regarding this complaint.
