After opening the container we found that all the three machines do not work because of the following: We ordered & paid for new machines with 110 volts. Mr. Lucky Zhang (Seller) said that he sent new machines and we got old machine with many problems: Prior to purchase, he sent us video of the Samosa machine which is not same as the machine we got. The Samosa machine is rusted, old, refurbished parts, not in according to our safety standard as Canadian Safety Association, electrical panel has no label, we can not use this machine. The other two machines have electrical problems and no label on them. According to our electrician, he has to rewire these two machines and then see if they can work according to Canadian electricity requirement. This will cost several thousand dollars here and still no guaranty that they will work. We exchanged several email Mr. Zhang but no solution at present. We want new machines with no cost to us up to Ottawa with 110 volts and accordance with CSA, health, and safety standard (Canada) or please provide us our full refund and you are most welcome to take the old machines Ottawa. In regards to Ruichang Gold Generating Equipment (Wuxi) Manufacturing Co., LTD. (Contacted person: 金亚平；86-510-882-63572; www.ruichanggold.com)。 On 2009-09-10, I faxed them an order together with a picture of the spare parts for a specific generator. They were quick to reply with the price of the spare parts and had it delivered on the same day. When the package arrived, they have sent a wrong spare part. He said that there are two different parts for the specific generator. The second time I received the package, it was a wrong spare part again. I wrote a letter to him requesting to refund the amount as our company could no longer wait for him to make an error again. The third and final package arrived on 2009-09-29. I called him and asked him why he sent another package as I requested to refund the amount. He said that it is none of their business if they made the mistake sending the wrong spare part twice. He said that the original fax, the picture was not clear. I asked him why he did not inform us the first place and made a rush decision in sending the wrong part. He did not care. The company ged 2380 yuan for the spare part and shipping fee of 160 yuan. I asked him is all three spare parts he sent are of the same price. He replied YES. After receiving the second package, our company could not afford for him to make another error. As a result, we asked the technician we hired locally to find the spare part for us as we could no longer wait. The technician found it for just 600 yuan. I asked him how he can explain all three spare parts he send the same price at 2380 yuan where the technician found it at 600 yuan. He could not care less. I am making this formal complaint as I do not wish other to find themselves in this similar predicament.
